Nice photos and I recognise the haddock and chips at Ullapool. Did a tour around Scotland third week in June. Sat on an Ullapool bench at the front eating my haddock and chips fighting off the seagulls. Lovely it was. Had a great trip. Weather was mostly crisp and dry. Did 2,350 miles in 7 days from from my Dorset front door and back again. Bought a tent this year. Still unopened but it's toured Scotland now.

Isle of Arran, very nice it was.

I just realised I stayed in the same B&B at Ullapool. Charged me ?35. It was just up from the petrol station. When I got to Ullapool I couldn't find a place but I managed to get in there. Thought I was going to have to use the tent!
