Who is proposing to go on the Holyhead to Dublin ferry?

Reason I ask is that I live only 3 miles from Holyhead port so everyone is welcome to meet up at mine for a brew.

I may also be able to put anyone up for the previous night if you are travelling any distance.

Roy

Seeing as my traveling companion has had to cancel his trip,

would it be ok if I travel up with you lot ??

I have the 8am ferry booked to Dublin..

Cheers Dave @tu*

i for one do not have any problems with you "Tagging along" however i would like to think the term you should be using is " joining the merry band of man and ladies on their quest of enlightenment" @tu*:-0)

I take it that is the Bull in Valley?

Just round the corner from my place.
Maybe we could all meet up there for a meal on Thursday night?
Anyone else up for it?
and do you want me to book a table?

Holiday form has gone in I've booked Thursday Friday Monday and Tuesday off. Mrs MAcBETH and I will be coming home on the Tuesday cos we are greedy and want another day.

Booked another night at the hotel so will be leaving on the Tuesday ferry for the return trip.

So in real terms we only need one person to know the way as there are quite a number of BIRDs on the ferry and we are all heading the same way. so hands up if you want to lead the way to the BASH , me i will follow up the rear , oooh are misses @tu*

A local would be good otherwise one of us with satnav will do it.

Any thoughts on the trip up? How early do we wanna get there? A lunch stop? Site seeing enroute? Direct route there etc?

having the name "Byrne" and never been to Ireland I think that's a good idea ScottyUK, a bit of sight seeing would be good , we have 3 hours on the ferry to discuss as I am sure everyone will have other ideas of what they want to do on route to the BASH.

Ian Robbo is riding to Roy's and splitting from Grant when/if we pass the Bull Thursday, (time to be arranged) then going with the rest of the freeloaders at Roy's to the Bull for din din's later!!

I am also assuming, at Dinner the meeting time for the Ferry the following morning will be confirmed, except for Paul who can turn up whenever :dunno:

IF your working Grant!!

Scenic route up would get my vote every time ... couple of hours either way
makes no odds...

Going to make a day of it on the way down to the ferry as well, will go over Cat n fiddle then down to Poderosa for lunch then on to Anglesey @tu*
