2 Piece Leathers

Although I've had 1 piece suits for over 20 years (not the same one!) I have just had a 2 Piece Wolf Kangaroo Suit (yeah complete with pouch!) delivered and I have a question for all you regular 2 piece users.

The bottoms fit pretty damn good but I feel like they are falling down if the jacket is not attached, there is no belt on them so I wondered if this is a common problem and how do you sort it out.

It will only come up when I'm away touring and want to take the jacket off while walking around so rather than holding the buggers up all the time I thought of getting some heavey duty clip on braces, is that what everyone else does or is it me with a weird shaped arse !!

The use of good quality braces is the accepted practice. You can still zip your jacket to your trousers whilst wearing braces, the other alternative is to get some heavy duty elastication put into your waistabnd.

I got an excellent pair of heavy duty braces (Ideal for heavy leathers) from Screwfix direct, about a tenner if I remember rightly

Try double sided sellotape round your waist mate.Failing that heavy duty braces work for me. If you get them from bike shops they cost a fortune but if you go to Selco the builders merchants they do the same ones for about half the price. Great if your doin this man8um they spring back up real fast. :beer:

A bit embarrasing if they slide on past the botty and I end up on my face, funny for the missus but I think I'll buy the industrial strength braces !!
