Hi,
The upper bolts pick up on two set tabs, this is a baine of the Blackbird, many bikes have rips in them as they have turned on lugs and chewed the plastic, to avoid this I used Black gorilla sealant to secure these little sods, when dry pop it back in place the sealant bonds it but does allow a little flex ,never over tighten these as if you turn them again out of their stop,,it will be repeat ,rewind.
Cheers. Be safe.

Yeah. And if you're buying a 'Bird, or having work done on the front end, don't forget to check, like wot I did.

The only way to get them out without causing damage if they have been there a while is take the wheel out & grip the little sods from the back, even then I can be a close run thing between winning & failing miserably

If ever you do get them out, make sure you clean everything up and use high quality grease when you put the buggers back.
