He came to me with a bad attitude demanding that I give him some curtains from the store, told him if he wants curtains he can buy them like any other prisoner, he then started shouting in his native language, I politely told him to remove himself rom my presence & learn some manners, he went away & apparently returned to his cell crying.
Derek...I can sympathize with your dilemas and the red tape you have to endure with your job.
I work in a rehab hospital and most of the
service users are from your establishment.
They are sectioned under the mental health act....Section 17.
It's like an adult creche, prison with carpets and all male inmates.
The hospital practises a "Least restrictive"
policy, which allows all service users to act as and when they like, because they are unwell.
They are the most awkward and dehumanised idiots ever to draw breath
and because they are detained by legislation, this is far better to let them roam about in civvy street like loose canon's.
You would be at home in my working world.
