Golf.

Broke 80:zpong:

Shame we can only play the first eleven holes :eusa_whistle:this week as there is a major scientific and structural survey on the cliff edge.

Got home and spent the rest of the day laid up, the back is really causing some problems at the moment.
Serious question - Wossup with your back?

Golf clubs ? Windows ?
In fairness I will confess I hit the fifth fairway from the second tee…..which is pretty bad on most courses, but I managed to clear the third fairway that runs between the second and fifth while doing so. My playing partner nearly died laughing. He stopped when I managed to put my second onto the front of the green and scramble a par four while he three putted his way to a five after placing his drive in the centre of the fairway.

I can post a Garmin schematic if you like……

Got home several hours late from golf. The wife was extremely irate

where have you been till this time at night?

I've been playing golf with some friends and my partner in the 4 ball keeled over with a heart attack

we had been playing well together and it took a look good time between shots - hit the ball, drag the body, hit the ball, drag the body

It’s been fragile since I was about thirty, just getting worse as the years roll on. Got an MRI booked….
Not much worse than a bad back. If it was a muscular issue, as opposed to something like disc degeneration, I’d suggest adding a decent magnesium supplement to your diet. The diet of most people living in the West is seriously deficient in this mineral. Alternatively, you could use ZMA (mixture of zinc, magnesium and B6), which will give you all the magnesium you need and it might sort at least some of your sleep issues. Good stuff will run you less than £40 for three months supply.

Yesterday was spent sitting near the phone, had called my Dr's surgery to try and an appointment, explained to the patient coordinator the problem who said the Dr would phone me some time before 5pm, so between 8am and 4pm I was having to take my phone all around the house

Took my 1991 CBR600F for an MOT and got a pass certificate
Well done.
Had one for a short while.
I know it could do 120 mph and more if needed. When I picked it up I thought the clock was kph.

The daughter in law decided the inside of our MH was not up to snuff ( she is WAY ocd about cleaning stuff )
She started cleaning at 10 am and stopped at 3pm
Mind you, she knocked a heater vent adjuster off and got it lodged inside the vent tube, broke the screen on the overhead vent in the shower, creased up one of the window blinds and managed to get one of the posh radio controlled clocks to stop working
All repaired and still worth it cos our van has not been so spick and span since the day we bought it !!!

Woke up to a confirmation email from the NHS that my PCR test confirms I have covid. No surprises there then. They’ve given me a code to enter into the NHS app but that’s not going to happen as I ain’t got the app nor am I going to.

Is that not intended to let close contacts know that someone has tested positive??
