My missus does loads some are 5k but some are 10k which is partly why I asked, 5 in 41 odd is ok but 10 in the same time is bloody brilliant

The wife's just done her second one since lock down was lifted and she's quite chuffed with herself as today's was a 33' 08". The local Parkrun only does 5k ones and she's usually up in the top 5 of her age group. Not allowed to say what that is but she was born in the same year as me and I'm 58.
