Couple of Solicitors claim they can’t afford a house in their preferred area, bought a wreck for £800,000 & they have a budget of £300,000 to do it up, get fucking real with your jobs & that budget you can afford to live in most places.
Don’t plead poverty when you can afford more than most people in the Country.

Apparently by Welsh law they all at some time have to come to the green and pleasant land that is England, something to do with missionary work I am informed by my Neath connection. Personally I don’t think that is strictly true more to do with not being able to renew the visa :).

Aaaah but you have to remember I live in North Devon, so a few customs and practices may, I said may have made it across the Bristol Channel “ahemm” :rolleyes:
