So on Sunday the lure of a badly-cooked full English lured us down to the H Cafe in Berinsfield, just east of Oxford. So we jumped onto out clean bikes (her Fazer 1000 & my Redbird) and headed down; when we arrived - another Redbird sat in the car park.
40k-ish miles, and almost immaculate; looked back at mine - Mudbath!
Either he lives within spitting distance of the cafe or he's come up with some amazing muck-repelling technology that keeps his bike mint. Even his wheels were clean. Defies logic.
Got home, spent over an hour cleaning my bike. She cleaned hers... We must share this new secretive tech!

I'm still trying to find someone who sells this fantastic biker protection gear called "Invisi-shield" that's so beloved of scooterists and squids.

You'd best explain.... I thought they used Leadenhall Market as Diagon Alley... Or have I missed something..?
Well yes you are technically right but it sort of kills the joke

Set yourself in front of your telly with your slippers and cardi on and a mug of cocoa, then start watching the Harry Potter movies. You should get the gist of it about an hour into the first one :D

I was on a tour 20 years ago all the way across to Poland and one of the guys on his Hayabusa only had a square cloth bag strapped to the back of the bike. What else he had in it I don’t know clothing wise, bear in mind we were away for 2 weeks, but when he stopped he would unzip the bag and take out a cloth and polish the bike.
