Jaws tyre pressure caps

Not sure if this is in the right section, what a cheap, easy to use essential piece of kit I think this is, doesnt affect wheel balance and makes you focus on your pressures,

 Jaws actually sell those things ?

I am surprised at that, cheap chinky shite that have been known to fail & let the tyre down, seriously do yourself a favour chuck them in the bin & buy yourself a decent pressure gauge then make a habit of using it

Agreed.

Those caps would be OK on something slow, like a petrol BMW, but I would never put them on. Especially not on a motorbike that is capable of more than 160mph.

Mmm, came recommended, I asked the question over wheel balance, was reassured they were fine,
Anyone else use / disagree with them ?

Yes, throw in bin, they are shite and can let your tyres down.

Also encourages you to give your tyres the once over while you're at it. (y)

I never had a problem with them on any of my bikes.

Me either ............ but I'm not daft enough to put them on in the first place :p

Think about it they are a poorly made & fragile bit of plastic that holds the valve open slightly to enable a reading it does not take much to have them leak & they are nowhere near accurate & they wont cover a decent range of pressures anyway so very pointless

Agree, get rid of them. If they're light enough to not upset the wheel balance, then they're too flimsy to hold 42psi at legal speeds IMO. Wouldn't trust them.
