no doubt here ...... Worcestershire Sauce is the undoubted king of condiments.

Anything but that shite they use at chip shops masquerading as vinegar, tastes like what I imagine a tramps armpit would taste like :(

They call it “non brewed condiment” that title covers a multitude of condiments including salt & pepper

Depends on the chippy, there are still some who use lard, the problem is getting decent spuds.
To me a proper chip is soft and fluffy on the inside and as crispy as a crispy thing on the outside. Chip shop chips always seem to be a limp lie of greasy stuck together hot potatoes.

Triple cooked are awesome when done properly, never managed it myself!!

I hate to say it but the best results we get at home are from frozen crinkle cut chips in the deep fat fryer, really hot oil.

Not that we have chips these days, weigh in this morning has me at 19lbs down in ten weeks:campeon:.

I have to say the Slimming World programme is working really well for us (mrs A down 13lbs) can eat as much as you want (providing it is cooked the right way) and largely avoid the 'wrong stuff'. Pasta, rice, spuds, unlimited!! Never any need to feel hungry.

Gee I am rambling.

I have turned into @derek kelly, @Pow-Lo and @slim63 combined.

You have more chance of biting your own derrière than turning into me.
