Only about 60 miles or so.. WX looked dark dank and miserable, but it had stopped raining so....
Amazingly warm ! And this was just before 9am
Got all togged up for the cold and had to stop after a while and take off my fleece !

Good to get out if only for a short while

I too have just been for a ride, heated seat on, climate control set at 21c, wipers on automatic.

No fleece needed.

It was lovely.

I had that option too, but opted for the bike simply because it makes me feel far more alive and connected to the places I ride through

Used mine for the ride to work this morning having first put the lining back in my jacket (wish I hadn't done that). Oddly the 17 mile run to the office was over 30 miles today. Must have got lost somewhere. May have to take the same route home later to see where i went wrong.

Age 3 !
But have said bugger to peddle power for at least 20 years now :)
Even the push irons in the van are electric and still rarely get used, preferring the 125 scoot to get about :)

There is only one reason I do not go for a pleasure ride if it is raining.

The older I get the lazier I get. And it would mean I would have to clean the bike

I'm out for a little ride out on Sunday.
Brew stop at the Ace Cafe, then on to Rykas for lunch.

Isn't that a closed prison on an island in the East river, New York ?
Possibly. :nusenuse:
The one I'm going to is in Slurry, erm, Surrey.
Just outside of that there London.
A comfortable distance from France.
