Anyone else interested or ride in classic trials.
I have been riding in classic trials the last 3 years. In the Peak District.
The bike is a 40 year old Beamish Suzuki RL250 [GALLERY=media, 47]COVER_IMAGE391398786752321751 by Shakennstirred posted May 4, 2019 at 7:36 PM[/GALLERY][GALLERY=media, 46]IMGP0580small by Shakennstirred posted May 2, 2019 at 7:13 PM[/GALLERY][GALLERY=media, 49]20170722_152340~2 by Shakennstirred posted May 4, 2019 at 7:38 PM[/GALLERY]

Very nice !
I used to do twin shock trials and also ride trials with the VMOC.... Last serious bike I had was a 250 Bultaco, and that was VERY capable..
I recently sold my last trials bike which was a 250 Greeves ISDT... but I never rated it and never did any serious riding on it

I never did any form of competition in my youth, but decided to try classic trials while I'm still fairly fit lol.
Bought the Beamish Suzuki in April 2016 and did my first trial in September of that year . Surprisingly i won my class first time out.
I did most of the 2017 season, missing just 3 of the 12 rounds.
I won 5 and finished 2nd 4 times to finish 2nd in the championship.
In 2018 I missed the last 5 rounds and finished 3rd overall.
So seem to have taken to it like a duck to water.
The bike is a joy to ride and can't see me ever selling it.

I reckon Beamish and Zuk got it just about bang on with that bike.. From the gearing to the weight to the trail angle.. Others copied the build for years and years, but it is more than the bike.. it is the pilot too !
You seem to have found your niche and natural talent :)
