Can anyone explain to me how to lift an embedded picture from a M S Word doc..?

If I check the properties it just comes up with the properties for the Word doc and there doesn't seem to be an option anywhere to save picture as... or save target as...

Rob, in the cases where I just can't seem to lo lift a pic for some weird reason, I get the mouse pointer ou of the way, do a screen grab, open this in photoshop, crop the non-desired bit and hey presto! got da picture!

I use Paint Shop Pro myself.. instead of doing a screen grab it allows you to ( quickly and easily ) nick a small part of a page or a picture or anything that is on the screen ..
You can get a free tester that runs for thirty days of PSP8 here .
If you would like a copy of PSP 5 let me know and I will do you a copy and mail it to you mate.
It was given away free some time ago so there are no licencing issues at all.
I have tried all versions from 5 thru to the present 8 and still prefer the older v5 :p
