At about 1.30 this afternoon in Brierley Hill, West Mids.
I was the nutter in the Vectra waving at you.

( Well, I spose if it had been the other way around, I would have ignored you as well, it being a Vectra an all.. )

On my way back from MOT in Ludlow saw a silver B/bird on the A49,, flashed me lights at him,, not seen it around B4,
