Whats going on behind?

How often do you look in your mirrors?

How about once every 7~10 seconds so you are constantly updating what is going on around you.

Spotted the twat with the phone behind - great then you can adapt your riding to allow for this pillock - put some extra distance behind you.

Kids jumping around in the car following you - with the dog barking?
Bet your bottom dollar that the driver is more occupied with them than anything else - give them plenty of room..........

Lets you see what's really going on - especially the rep in the company car doing suicide overtakes - careful he's getting closer to you......

Heres a thought - at 70 mph you are travelling at approximately 105 ft per second. By turning your head around or looking anywhere else apart from forward you could be closing in on a vehicle which is braking so if you want to look around make sure you have plenty of room in front.........
