Just a quickie boys and girls
Dave has to have another X-ray in a minute, then see the doc, then they are sending him home, so Pete is on his way to pick Jan up and go over to Worcs hospital - no doubt he will tell you all about it later!
Got to go as am at work - our puter at home is brokened (although I could have sworn Pete just said on the phone he was going to send me an email so maybe he has mendededed it? or maybe he forgot?????????)
(Funny enough on Sat was just gonna ring Dave and ask for a diagnosis on the puter when the phone rang and lo! - it was Dave!)

Cheered me up no end. (dont like hospitals)

Back home now (thank god) and full of metal round me wrist & hand, and a bit (lot) sore.... But glad to be homefl4g71 Fond out that its hard putting socks on with one hand, and opening beer cans(good job I have my own nursie on hand.
While I think about it, thanks to Pete & Jenny for running jan to see me, and me home today....
Gotta wait & see how it heals now, and not undo all the surgeons good work.
Hope to see some of you soon.

Bloody hell, the only thing that could have done more damage falling on you was your wallet - and that would have been REALLY painful - so be thankful for small mercies
