It MEANS the system sometimes glitches and the sub title is not automatically updated
Only when it is brought to my attention physically will it change as I have to 'do it by hand' ( and that does not involve any socks, KY gel vacuum cleaners, gerbils.. It does involve s key board and a few seconds admin work :-0)

BTW, the users to user thing.. It is a really weird operation thing.. Never ever got to the bottom of it, but it changes after one post so hey.. If I worked for Bike magazine I would call it character and vote the software 'program of the year' LOL !!:-0)
