Bev can leave the house after being tested positive for Covid-19, I however have to wait until Tuesday despite not having Covid-19, the good news is my daughter can leave her house today.

According to eldest daughter, tomorrow, Boris is going to reduce 14 day isolation to 10 days which would mean I can go out tomorrow.

Already done!

Good news on the infection rate for some university students that have been tested before they go home to sleep for three weeks over Xmas.

Are you suggesting they won’t go home to look for their friends and go drinking en masse?

I'm not suggesting anything, just stating what is a good thing in my opinion.

Students have taken a battering for non-compliance in the media and it would appear that, as usual, it is the actions of the minority that have tarred the majority based on the low infection rates evident.

For what it's worth, where I live it is the more elderly segment (which is pretty large!) that seem to be the worst offenders from what I have witnessed.
