I've got a red un too, It looks cool , was standard but since added corbin seat , GOLD art cans and GOLD rim stickers . The red soon grows on you, after a good polish you may well want to stick with it, Will be adding a few other GOLD highlights along the way . If I knew how to do it I would add a pic to this post but haven't figured it out yet. Get up Rivvi myself most sundays, and on much longer rides at least once a month , get in touch if you want to tag along one weekend. And dont forget , as endorsed by this forum , carbs are best and the red ones have more laquer , so therefore smoother , therefore FASTER

Mines the same shade of dark red...........sorry but all my fried=nds think it looks fantastic with the black frame and wheels. By the way many of them either own or have owned B/Birds or all colours.

I know the Red (early dark or later lighter colour) is NOT popular but i love it!!

If you do change the colour give me a shout I'd be interested bying some of your panels if in good codition.

P.S Don't know anybody who likes the B/Bird with Double bubble..appreciate it waorks well but boy itwould spoil ANY colour.

Stand back and prepare to get slated.............! Like I care?

As for speed...................mines seems a lot quicker than the other I ride with, perhaps it's the carbs...............or it may be the rider, but colour doesn't makeany difference...............They were a bit sick when I bought mine mint for a bargain price!
