Five days ago woke up with poorly knee again, this morning it’s fine, wtf is happening? Just thankful it’s not my ankle

Mine is still not 100%
Went back and saw a different doc.
He didn't seem to see what the fuss was about. Basically take it easy but get a scan if it doesn't settle. Decided to put a gel on which seems to have helped.
Can't spell anti-inflammatory.
