As motorcycle racing aficionados...We?d know that we?re getting a bit bored with the whining from Honda riders about their bikes being hard to ride...A Honda was never hard to ride when Rossi was on one, was it, now?
We?d know that Stoner only won by about 3.6 seconds (after Rossi slowed down ? by design) on a bike that was over 10 mph faster on the straight. For comparison, note that Edwards finished over twenty seconds off the pace in, sixth place.
We?d also know that Rossi sets the benchmark that all the other riders have consistently failed to meet for the best part of ten years; and, finally: we?d know that when Yamaha upgrade their engines (and they will), Rossi will leave the slow-pokes in the dust!
