No bacon defrosted so I thought "what can I have"? Spotted half a tin of Pek so Isliced it up & fried it, bloody gorgeous.

Didn't like the post the first time round so why post it twice, Derek?

Don't recall ever posting it before, first time I've ever fried Pek.

    What is Pek?

    Presumably some northern delicacy?

I had fresh fruit salad for breakfast followed by a six mile walk through The Cuckmere Valley and Seaford Head Nature Reserve. Gorgeous.

Chicken and salad wrap for lunch.

    Feet up time now.

'Some pork' might be more accurate.

The left testicle and anus of a pig may be classified as 'pork' - if that is the case then perhaps it is pork.

Bloodyhell that looks grim! Light breakfast, a ride out on the KTM and a somewhat heavier lunch in the sunshine by the river in good company. Ah the joys of retirement.

Derek is just showing off that he lives in Yorkshire and has a cupboard.

Not many cupboards in that part of the world.
