Explain how Onana beating up a Wolves player didn’t result in a penalty.
No can do.

I thought it was a clear penalty.

If the referee had given it i very much doubt it would have been overturned. They seem to be trying to leave more decisions with the referees this season.

I also thought the handball by the Chelsea player on Sunday was a clear penalty but after watching Ref Watch yesterday it was a brilliant piece of refereeing as he spotted the slight touch the Liverpool player got to the corner kick before it hit the hand.

I watch it every now and again to remind me how truly awful the refereeing is compared to rugby. But I've just read that Farrells red card from Saturday has been over turned. They must have put that in front of a football panel to reach that decision. Unbelievable.

Refereeing in football is a lot more complicated than rugby, way more subjective decisions in football.

I thought you weren’t interested in football?

They didn’t deserve a point anyway - they deserved all three.
Debatable, many times last season & again against Birmingham Leeds had most of the play, more shots at goal, more shots on target, more corners etc but failed to put the ball in the net, sometimes teams prefer to be boring & sit back & soak up pressure then hit on the break, not pretty but often effective, I prefer a good attacking game & can feel robbed if attacking Football doesn’t achieve anything, easy to say “we deserved to win, we were the better team” but if the other team’s tactics won them the game then no argument…..except when I want to argue that we were robbed.
