I always wanted a Blade

So I borrowed one for two weeks, on the off chance I could keep it if the owner was willing to give in and sell it to me.
1996 sharks-gill seat model, one of my all time greatest looking bikes.
Turned out to be the most disapointing rides of any bike I had been on, same clocks and ride position as a old Tri-arm CBR400 I owned, couldn't see why people raved about them.
When I swapped my CBR600FI I wasn't really looking for anything other than a Fazer thou, but the dealer didn't have one, and I rode away on a Blackbird.
Never been on one before, never really fancied it either.
Still got the bike today and it is now the longest I have ever kept one.

Long Live the Blackbird  The do it all bike.

You can keep your gutless Blades, the 98 R1 kicked it's ass big time in the riders fun stakes man8um
