misfire

I,m having trouble with a rubber cap that keeps blowing off the intake manifold,causing a misfire,it,s the third time it,s happened to me and i,m getting pissed off with it. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do about it ????

cap

replace with a new cap and make sure the surface is completely dry.
