HELP - Digi camera

Got another digi camera - Olympus 300. Good camera, compact, metal case, rechargeable battery..........

Comes with its own software for downloading, then editing and using pics for calendars, cards etc.

BUT, when you then go to use the pics in another app they're bloody invisible!! (they are saved in JPG )

The folders that the app creates and then the pics themselves are not visible using Explorer etc.

I have all permissions switched on. All hidden files visible etc

Anyone else had experience of this app OR any ideas how to get the pics out for use in other programs.

more info

I'm running Windows ME.

It's not a problem of association.

The app allows you to create Albums, and then download the pics into these Albums.

In the Edit function you can crop/rotate etc and then save into either JPG (default format) or TIF & BMP formats.

If you go looking for the Albums and the pics in them, with any other app, including Explorer, they can't be seen.

I have 'show hidden files and folders' switched on.

:h :h

Back to you Lumpy

Dunno what software they supply, but if there is a save as option, name a pic something weird and then do a search for it ..
Orrrr... it may do a Kodak special and use an very clever but very odd compression algerithm..
Is ther an export option on any of the menus ?
