It looks good but....

If you are intereted in this why not give the IAM a try. This course is spread over a couple of months at locations to suit you, when you pass you have got an Internationally recognised qualification and it knocked ?50 of my insurance. All this for just ?85.

Close but no cigar....

If you are intereted in this why not give RoSPA a try. This course is spread over a couple of months at locations to suit you, when you pass you have got an Internationally recognised qualification and it knocked ?51 off my insurance. All this for just ?25.

Not sure..

But my dad played proffessional football and my mum bakes great cakes too!!! Also Bob must have taken his test a long time ago or have nothing to do with rospa 'cos it costs a lot more than ?25.I am a member of both organisations and personnaly I would reccommend IAM.

I am also a member of both ROSPA and the IAM, having been a senior observer for the past 5 years and a holder of a ROSPA gold I would still reccommend the handle it or loose it course. It gives you a REAL world look at your riding and most riders would benifit from this course, I did.

I also think the main reason for doing any advanced training is to make you safer on the road so that you live to ride another day. So any training that you can get has got to be good. The insurance saving is a bonus.

So it would not matter which training course you decide to do as long as you do at least one traning course, it has to be for the better.

Have a little look here
http://www.roada-southern.org.uk/index.htm
then open the pdf file on the top left side here
http://www.roada-southern.org.uk/Application.htm
then you might want a peek here - I'm on page 11
http://www.rospa.com/drivertraining/courses/advanced_tests/pdf/motorcycle_instructors.pdf
don't know if this is any use - I'll let you find your own way around the site
http://www.advancedbiketraining.com/

personally I don't give a toss who belongs to what group or organisation.....
and finally I will shortly be presenting you with an advanced training scheme and qualifications - the likes of which have never been seen before anywhere in the world, yep that's right - the world.........
don't forget where you heard it first g0551p
