As some of you know my good lady is currently employed at a petrol station, a job which she hates, working for unappreciative employers & with arsehole colleagues.
Well, she called in at our usual horse feed supplier yesterday to order some hay & they offered her a job managing the retail side of things so they can concentrate on building stables & field shelters.
Ironic really as Phil who owns the business is a redundant engineer & it was Bev who suggested that they build stables & field shelters, we were the Guinness pigs for their first build, a very large field shelter which they did at cost, solid as a rock & still as good as new three years later.
Less travelling, en route to the horses, hours to suit her, better wage + discounted feed & hay.
