Apparently last season Leeds & Burnley reported Everton for allegedly breaching FFP rules, the way I see it is the FA should have been on it before individual clubs report it, I don’t know if Everton are guilty or not but it is not the job of Leeds or Burnley to shove their noses in, Leeds were in a relegation fight due to their own poor performances & trying to save their skins this way is just bad sportsmanship, there is far too much selfishness in Football all due to the money that is at stake.
