Just got the computer back from the man that can. Couldn't find the problem ourselves so that was the last option. Bought Norton 2006 and he put FireworksB on it for us as well. ?250 later:cry: ..... These bloody things sure are expensive when they go wrong. Hope nobody was badly affected by whatever it was if so SORRY!!!

PM'd Lumpy to appologise for any probs. Especially as his lad got the blame. However I now smell a rat. Don't tell me this was a wind up!

Do I understand this right.......

CAD thought he had a virus coz of what Bert said and was possibly (erroneously) backed up by Lumpy... So CAD spends wonga to sort out the 'problem' but hit IT person say there is no problem?

IF Bert is winding up poor CAD and CAD is now 250 Quid lighter in pocket, then I think Bert's wind-up (if my assumption is correct) is in poor taste.

Am I right in my understanding of this topic (or talking complete shite)??
