I would look to the ‘punishment’ that Birmingham have been given in the last week over ffp….it’s an absolute joke.

I stand to be corrected but I think it was Sheffield United (??) won a civil case against West Ham (??) after they got relegated for irregularities of some sort.

Another ridiculous case is Toney - absolutely agree with the ban he has been given but why start it three games from the end of the season…his absence from the Brentford team weakens them considerably and that must be an advantage to their final three opponents. Surely it should start after the season ends?

I don’t think any team has received anywhere hear the punishment Leeds received in 2003, 10 point deduction, relegated to league 1 then a 15 point deduction.

I noticed today that Manchester United has been find for a minor breaking of FFP rules, the whole thing needs looking at they are mote teams are breaking the rules

Looks like a shedload of clubs didn’t do their sums right during Covid.

Ironic fines are being chucked about for that and the clubs that are driving a coach and horses through it aren’t mentioned.
