Far be it from to say anything, I'm just gob smacked that he can get so low, I cant even get me knee down. fl4g71

Well thats not quite true, I did once, followed by my hip, waist, shoulder, arm, hand and finally my arse as I slid along the ground parting company with my bike.

I have to say, after that experince and 6 months of work (so far) I dont think this 'getting your knee down' is all its cracked up to be ! :dunno:
