What's the corelation between the title of your post and the title of the headline..?
Are you saying drug users are easier to spot when they're speeding..?

He or she probably had measles at the time and wasn’t thinking straight.
They are planning on reducing limits here too.
Don't think it would have bothered him in any way!!
In that case ban all cars and the fall in fatalities will boost the population. This will result in overcrowding which will lead to civil unrest. This will see a rise in fatalities far greater than the current level of fatalities attributed to speeding.
In a nutshell.... Leave the speed limits alone.
I find it hard to argue against 20mph in city centres and vulnerable places such as around schools.
Then don't. Seemples.
We've a primary school with 20 mph limits just up the road from us.
But the twats who ignore the 20 limit, the parking restrictions and park on the footpath are the flaming parents !!
