Done Loom Fix and new Rec/Reg how do I test?

I Have just fitted the new rectifier from JAWS and done the loom fix on my 2005 bird.

How do I make sure everything is as it should be with the multimeter?

I have run the bike and it seems fine. on idle across the battery it is putting out 12.5v approx. At 4000rpm it puts out 14.6v. Does this seem right?
Just for piece of mind.
