I've got conflicting thoughts....
On the one hand I've got no sympathy with people who do this sort of thing deliberately and if they did it accidentally then an immediate eye test is called for.
On the other, how do emergency vehicles get through and also, how long does it take to recover the vehicle and free up the bus lane again.
