Clean old beasty.. I think I would replace the downpipe if I was keeping it.. Big dent is not doing performance or economy any favours !

One thing to watch out for on Burgman's is that the brake pitons have been known to seize.....

I may be wrong but I think they are near the brake pistons....

I did read that one.. Interesting ... All I could chuck in the mix would be a wild guess..Are there any sensors on the throttle/injector rail ?No problem.
