George deserved to win imho, followed by signature, then strike, Escala are a girl group playing violins, well yes, but I think the talent is as good as any other violin player, its the looks, legs etc heps. They were not special though.
Having just watched the vids I reckon there is no comparison.
Bond / Escala may well be equal or one better than tother to the more musical among us ) but for me, Escala put on a better show, was more entertaining and seemed to put a lot more energy into their work.
And whilst the purist ( or indeed anyone who knows about music and the like ) may be able to say one is better than tother, for me, I want to be entertained.. and that means Escala !
