Seems like a very useful tool.
I never saw one before.
How many people here were aware of it, I wonder.
There is a plethora of caliper wind back tools more useful and easier to use than that.
I would have hoped you might have come across some in your 73 years on earth.

The ‘ignore’ button is a useful,tool.

as for compressing caliper pistons, I bent the end of a very large screwdriver to use as a lever and it was perfect.

From memory I gave it to DLN1965 who lost it.

It is so much easier if you can just wind that one up and push both simultaneously.
I have tyre levers, anybody remember those, which I usually use for the job.
