Just been out for a quick spin.Thought that the bike was behaving a bit squirrelly
at the back ,so checked the tyre pressures once I was back at the ranch
and the rear was down to about 17psi..further
investigation revealed a nice shiny screw buried into the tread.
I know,I know,I know..dont take the screw out,but you always do dont you.
Removed the screw and got the dreaded hiss as the tyre completely deflated.
Bollocks...Looks like another day on the spanners tomorrow.
I hate Blackbirds...Might get a ZZR14 !!

Unlucky.

Pretty much every puncture I had on a bike was caused by a screw. Don't know where the buggers come from.

Be happy it was on the back - I have only had two on the front, first was a slow one so no worries, second was a fast one at about 70 in Lane 3........
