A bbird rider in India is having a problem in that the revs appear to be limited in each gear to restrict his speed to 190kph. I suggested it might be speed limited by Honda but apparently before this started he was able to reach much higher speeds. Anyone got any ideas?

If it is Vikrant then the issue may well be related to the fact he has fightered it and there are no baffles in the front of the air intakes..

Or if it's Akilesh, it may be because his bike is a mongrel, and the engine is out of an X11 :-0)

Tell John Jaws that I have done upto 260 kmph before, have a video of it too. But post the accident this problem was noticed, not necessarily that the accident caused the problem.

Also the RAM air ducts were not seated properly in the air box, I have fixed the missing push clips and RAM ducts are in position. Do the air ducts not seated properly cause the 190 speed issue?
