Bit of postage advice.

Got myself , (well a Twitter persona really,) in the making of some charity mugs.
We have now got to the stage of planning any postage when they become available.

Anyone know of a company that have good rates for a mug sized package delivery?
Probably UK at the moment, but some may go international.

Thanks in advance.

Herpes are cheap but they're cheap for a reason. When they bring stuff to us, it's normal people using their own transport either as a full time job or making a few quid on the side. Very often, if there's no one home they'll leave the parcel in a 'safe place' such as under the car, in the wheelie bin or propped up against the front door. SOme of the twats don't have the intelligence to knock a neighbour's door. They're not all like it, but most of the ones we've had are. Nowhere near as bad as Yodel though.

Worryingly, an Amazon parcel arrived via Herpes the other day but, fortunately, the driver left it with a neighbour. Another annoyance about them is they're an absolute bastard to contact; try ringing them about a parcel you're expecting, just for shits and giggles, and you'll see what I mean.

It's luck of the draw with deliveries.

I happilly took a parcel in for someone five doors away and asked the driver if he had put a card through the addressee's door.

Bet you can guess what the answer was and what hadn't been done.

I tried to deliver it a couple of times myself without success, about a week later the highly agitated addressee picked his parcel up, having spent all that time trying to track it down.

But why didn't you put a note in.
£20 would probably have been enough :D

Uk mail are good... supply bags too, if you're sending enough and can sign up to them. A small bag it should do a mug and it's a trackable next day service...
