However, this question is wrong, at best ambiguous in the extreme.... newton lived between 1643 and 1727 (believe it or not I didn't even need to look that up!) and therefore none of the answers are correct based on the wording of the question..

I believe Andrew is erroneously trying to answer the question-
"In what year did Isaac Newton make his prediction about when the end of the world would occur"
Rather than the question actually asked.

I agree. The answer must be between 1643 and 1727 as he wasn't alive outside of these dates..No.
