Thanks to Ozlaw for flogging them and to JAWS for extraordinary customer service. @tu*

Following some expert guidance fitting was pretty straightforward, followed by a little time adjusting and routing throttle cables, brake hoses and wires.

These are the preload variety and a 24mm deep six sided socket was the tool of choice.

The bike is now even further beyond my riding abilities and I'm slightly ashamed to admit that the wizardry behind preload remains an enigma.

Cheers

Preload adjusts ride height on a linear spring, on a progressive spring it does the same but may add a very small fraction of stiffness as a progressive spring gets harder the more you compress, hardly noticeable on the amount of adjustment you have available.
OE springs are progressive, jaws sells linear.

Glad you are enjoying them! Good to meet you and must say your nice shiny bike (in the best colour of course) is putting mine to shame at the moment after all this rain ;-)
