It begs the question that WTF has gone wrong with society that we need a law to criminalise this anyway. I would think that a punch in the face from an angry husband/boyfriend/father would be a much better lesson than prison.
Maybe I'm becoming cynical with age but I can't help thinking that our illustrious police forces would spend more time chasing twats that do this sort of thing instead of going after proper criminals. Sure, I'd be quite annoyed if I caught someone trying to take a picture up Mrs P's skirt but I'd rather live in a society where it was safe for her to walk home at three in the morning as pissed as a mattress without fear of harassment or worse.
