The best solution is not to use one. My 'bird is ridden just about everyday and lives outside without a cover. I gave up covering it up when I came to the conclusion that it was a big faff to put the cover on, especially when getting in from work at half midnight with no lights outside to help see what I was doing. I ensure the bike is cleaned regularly and given a good coating of ACF-50 on all the bits that count. The 'bird is made of good quality stuff and doesn't seem to suffer much, even being the 17 years old that it is. Yes, I'd like to have a garage to put it in but that is a luxury I don't have at this time.
