For the offence of speeding, the offending vehicle has to be an mpv. Mechanically propelled vehicle. Any vehicle propelled by "poges" - petrol/diesel, oil, gas, electricity, steam (if I remember right?!)
The offence of furious and wanton cycling is an old law but is still valid, albeit never used as its impossible to prove and the cop would go blind with paperwork for weeks for zero result at court.
The spandex brigade know this and subsequently take the absolute piss accordingly in everything they do. And thats after we the tax payer, pay for their own special lanes for them to avoid using at all cost.
Not wishing any harm to anyone on a public forum, all we can do is take the piss out of them and/or rev bomb the shit out of them as we pass, if they cause problems, and hope fate deals with the rest!
